I read this quote in a book the other day and it leapt off the page and smacked me in the face. How often does a niggly little doubting thought explode so far in our brain that we convince ourselves it is fact and, that that fact cannot be changed! But my friends the good news is it can be changed, it is difficult not to believe your own hype but it only takes one step out if the gloom to find a tiny piece of self belief.
