A friend sent me this pic a while back when I was struggling to find “a positive”! The challenge was to pick one thing and say thank you to myself for being good at it. It took me all day to choose one petal because I kept seeing negatives rather than skills.
Pick a petal, read it out to yourself and say “you are bloody good at this, well done and thank you”. Sounds silly but it works
