Have just passed a woman out jogging, she has too many clothes on, is wearing no bra and looks like she is about to pass out.
How much damage is she doing to her body! She has no fluids with her and to top it all, she has a personal trainer jogging with her. What kind of ‘professional’ allows their client to do that? ? ?
I walked fast to catch them up but another runner has stopped them and is talking to the woman. Hopefully talking some sense into her
