Not until later do you really start absorbing what you saw, thinking about it, looking it up in a book, and remembering – because you can’t take it in all at once.

How many of us tear through life’s gallery at breakneck speed?
A dash to the shops, grabbing a quick bite to eat at lunch, texting instead of calling to Hi?
The next time you decide to go through life’s exhibits at full pelt, giving them but a glance, stop, turn around and look again, you just might have missed a Picasso or an opportunity to create a masterpiece.
